Lightning strikes a fluorescent tube and caught on a video might sound weird and impossible. Weird? Yes. Impossible? No. Leave it to the Japanese, it’s not impossible for a lightning to strike a fluorescent tube lamp when you have a 12-million-volt artificial lightning generator courtesy of Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry (CRIEPI) of Japan of course.
